I can't get them to do something as simple as to call me back about one their properties. I pay my rent on time, but when it's time for them tovfix something, it take 4 to 5 months. My property is good and N'hood is good, but the management sucks.

Don't live in here it's dangerous!!!!!! The worst property management of Georgia, I been live in here for about a year now, there’s not even a water pressure!!! I never see these before it’s ridiculous!!!

Please rent somewhere clean and safe .. I wouldn't recommend these ppl to an enemy or a stranger. Your safety and comfort are not a priority and there is excuse after excuse when you confront them. Worst management in ATL you have been warned

This is the worst rental place ever. Do not rent from Ray White Property Management. 1. They jack your rent up every year and 2. You can't ever break your lease before it expires. If I could give them no stars I would. So again Do not rent a home from Ray White Property Management.

OMG!! I've placed 3 maintenance request last week and still waiting for someone to at least acknowledge that it will be handled!! Customer service is the absolute worse!!!

I had an awesome experience renting with Ray White! Rent was extremely affordable! If there was ever an issue they were always there to answer and were great with following up. I recommend these guys for affordable great customer service, easy process and rentals!

I just places my deposit with the company for a home that is affordable and right in my budget I looked at the home and it looks decent enough for me and my son with baby on the way so far I’ll give 5 stars because I filled out the app and got approved the next day put down my deposit asap and rented my U-Haul moving in on the 10th and I’m excited the only thing I didn’t like is the rent is not prorated until the following month which she stated they do it backwards which is cool everyone has there own way of doing things. Will update later once I’m living I’m the home for a few months. Love the neighborhood and the home is just what I was looking for.

Fraud alert... Stay away if you can I was told I stayed there a year without paying rent an was charge almost 12thousands dollar bill.I also found out they still ran the eater in my name which is ran through a third party billing company. Needless to say I will be going to court to show my proof... An in what place in America you can stay a year without paying rent..... I never in my life been insulted or abuse mentally an taking through so many false allegations in my life... All these problems when I stayed in a rundown apartment...

I am surprised that this management company is hired to manage properties. I have been a tenant now for almost 2 years and oh how I wish I could speak to the owner of this property. These people are poster kids for unprofessional. If I request maintenance it will take most times months for them to send someone out. I should have known since day one. I moved in and the refrigerator was filled with roaches. They had to remove the refrigerator and the home had to be exterminated. I hadn't moved my furniture in yet. The property manager swore she had no idea of the pest problem. This company is a joke.
