Feedback:
Had two of my 2008 Corvette Z06 wheels checked by Rim Werks in Spartanburg and was told they were not repairable.Thought I would get a second opinion. These guys had them fixed in less than two hours for 220.00,saved me a lot of money.Thankyou so much for caring and trying. Hope a lot of people get to read about my experience because my wife and I own Advanced Automotive in Inman and we were treated the way we treat people!!!Very Rare!!

I was at lunch with two of my friends when I told them I wanted to repair my rims. One of them recommended Redline rim repair and told me they were having a huge car meet on Saturday. They said they have the best PRICE which is what I needed. Nobody wants to pay the cost of an entirely new set of rims. Redline Rim Repair quoted me about $85 out the door per rim. Alloy Wheel Repair quoted me $125. Another shop quoted $130+! There is is old economic rule that will always stand true: people shop for value! I must also say that I have never met a friendlier staff in the auto industry. They were very welcoming and seemed to give a crap about my stuff! I wheel (pun intended) recommend this shop to all of my peers and associates. As long as their prices is good and the work is quality, I will continue to drive an hour to Greenville for their services. Did I mention that they did not lie to me to tell me if my rim was bent...some shops will with those hard to see infinitesimal bends on the perimeter of the wheel. I used them for a final opinion on one of my wheels with that hard to see bend. I will return to have my rims painted and I will post another detailed review of their work because it helps out all of us autophiles and car freaks. Thank you Redline for good quality work at a competition killing price! I can now shop at your shop without the perilous feeling of buyers remorse!

For $75 I got my rim back that looked like a 5 year old just welded on top of the crack on my rim and didn't even try to balance it because it had so much weld built up it couldn't be balanced all for a hairline crack . It bounced so bad it cost me a wheel bearing. I contacted the owner he said he would send someone over to my shop to pick it up but no one ever showed nor did I get a simple phone call just saying hey man I got a little busy I'll try to get it tomorrow or anything. The blame got put on a fired employee and as a business owner I understand that but as a business owner the fall comes back on you and yet there was still no effort made to make a solution to the problem so I was left with just posting reviews with my experience with them. In the end I was left fixing the problem all over again. So I ground there welds off started from scratch with a 10x worse area than it started with but I got it fixed perfect now.

They repaired 4 curbed wheels on my 2012 BMW. The quality of the work was indistinguishable from factory OEM. In my past experience with rim repair shops, the finish either doesn't match or is dull. These guys got it so perfect. Thrilled with how it came out! I'm even more impressed with the paint work they did on my front bumper. A previous owner had the front bumper repainted by a shop that left lots of orange peel in the clear coat and the paint was so bad it was cracking and peeling. Red line not only did a fantastic job respraying it...the clear coat is actually smoother and less orange peel than the factory hood and fenders. If you follow a line from a tree or building in the reflection of the paint, you'll notice a very slight wave in the factory clear coat on the hood, then as the line crosses onto the bumper (where red line painted), the finish is even less wavy than oem bmw! Super impressed!

Saved my behind while traveling. Rather than having to deal with a brand new rim after an accident, Mike & crew fixed it up so I could then get back on the road. So many other "well, maybe" answers around that would have cost me a day, and Red Line Rim got it done quickly - and were awesomely nice people to boot.

Hit a pot hole and bent my Mercedes rim, they were able to repair my wheel while I waited . I thought I was going to have to buy a new rim. Thank you Mike and red line for fast service and a great price .
