Feedback:

Great location. Lacks maintenance. Common areas nicely updated but rooms need work. Guest rooms have lots of stains on walls. Curtains are just yuck-stained, dirty, torn, full of holes. Worn woodwork. Dirty corners. But, have comfortable bed and good linens.

Feedback:

This hotel was fine. It is located only a short drive from downtown and not far off the highway which was convenient. It was a little confusing to find it at first because they have recently renamed it due to new ownership so we weren't sure if it was the right place despite having the correct address. Once we sorted that out the staff were very pleasant checking us in. The lobby is quite nice, very high ceilings with lots of comfortable seating. You can tell it's a bit older of a hotel though, some aspects of it are beginning to appear dated. The room was very clean and comfortable but as mentioned you could tell it was a bit older based on some of the furnishings and decor. The walkways/hallways are all open and look down onto the lobby below. This became a problem when we settled down to go to sleep and realized all the noise from the lobby echoed quite loudly and could be heard in our room on the 4th floor. While it did eventually quiet down it was a little annoying. Overall though, for the price we paid, it was fine for a one night stay.

Feedback:

Food was good.

Feedback:

We were lucky and got an dated room in the new tower. I would have gave them 5 stars but under our beds were not swept and the chair looked very outdated. I liked the counter in the room with a bar sink, which came in handy for 2 women sharing a room. The conference area was perfect and they put out snacks everyday. The wait staff were excellent and the best food I've ever eaten at a conference.

Feedback:

Friendly staff, clean, resturant is awesome, pet friendly. I had a very nice visit.

Feedback:

Love lobby and interior design throughout the hotel. Centrally located to the river and affordable.

Feedback:

So the hotel was the centennial owned by red lion I guess . And it was dirty and they made the bathrooms non gender specific so when I went to use the restroom there was pea on every seat i went to . Ended up having to wipe someone else's pea off the seat to do my business. The room where we had our convention was cold and smelly. The only great thing about this hotel is that I was able to see my friends who travel from out of state once as year to see our friends and share time together.

Feedback:

Hotel is now the Centennial and is under construction. Bar service is slow.

Feedback:

Duper

Feedback:

The location of the hotel is great. The doors of the rooms allow you to here everything that is happening in the hallway. The restaurant in the hotel was really good though
