This review has been a long time coming. We hired Red Rhino to do the floors of our new dog care facility and every aspect of the finished product has been a nightmare. Firstly, we ordered a smooth coat epoxy floor, confirmed on a signed contract and instead received a rough floor finish, being told by Michael that be thought this was a better option and what he has seen in vet offices. I have never seen a rough sidewalk consistency in any vet office. This was two days before we had to pass our final inspections to open and had to have him redo the entire job. With that, we lost a day of final work and had to enter the facility before the floors were fully dry, to which permanent set in marks occurred, in addition to the hair and dirt they had already sealed into the floor. We did not have time to have him redo the floors in the grooming room, to which we now have a floor in a high dirt high traffic area that is IMPOSSIBLE to clean. We have to literally scuba it on our hands and knees every night to remove the dirt. We asked to have our logo installed at the entry and showed him the exact specs provided by the graphic company, who specified the type of finish that would have to be used. He ignored that. See attached photo of what our logo AT ENTRANCE looks like now. Every aspect of our floors is a chop job. We've informed Michael that we will be taking taking him to court to recoup costs as we are now finally in a place where we can have the floors redone. We will be going out of pocket to redo the floors and lose 3 days of income having to close. Stay away from this company. Massive waste of money and time.
