Red Sun Tours is a great tour company. They do their best really, trying to tailor a tour to your interests, response all questions and mean every single detail. Our guide Ana was very knowledgeable and fun, she really took care of us and tried to make the tour enjoyable for everyone in our party. Our driver was very professional and nice. What is more important we never waited in lines, although St. Petersburg was very busy on those days with 4 cruise ships in the port. We will definitely recommend this company to everyone

The first time we visited St. Petersburg, we booked a small-group tour with a different company, and it was fine, but for our second visit, we wanted a more personal experience and Red Sun Tours was the most prompt and the most responsive in their communication with us, offering to customize our itinerary to our preferences -- and the tour was excellent. We were able to visit favourites from our last visit like the Peterhof fountains but also trade out the always-crowded Catherine Palace for the Grand Maket Russia (which was so cute), the Peter and Paul Fortress for the Soviet Arcade Games Museum (which gave you 15 kopek coins and let you actually play the games), etc. We were also able to request a lunch at a Georgian restaurant since I'd never tried Georgian food before. If you have the budget, I *strongly* recommend setting up a private tour in St. Petersburg, and not just for the ability to customize your itinerary -- the smaller the group, the easier it is to bypass the lines. And the more personal the experience: other people who were on group tours with the larger companies were given audioguides in the Faberge Museum; our private guide gave us our own tour. But even if you don't select a private tour, I would recommend booking with Red Sun as their small groups are smaller than those of the other companies and their guides really connect with their clients.

I can't say enough about Red Sun Tours in St. Petersburg, Russia. While planning a July 2018 cruise for 6 people, I found this company. I was very impressed with them and their quick responses to my questions. We would only have 2 days in St. Petersburg and they tailored our 2 day tour just as we hoped. Our guide and driver made were great. The tour was perfectly timed out. One more nice detail : they did not ask for a deposit. A great city and professional tour company.

I would highly recommend this tour company. We had a tour of St. Petersburg with Red Sun Tours in 2018 and it was great. Our guide Svetlana was very informative and interesting to be with. Our van was nice with air-condition and bottled water. We were met right at the ship in the Sea port. We saw and knew so much!

Last summer we were in St.Petersburg and needed a private tour. After some research we decided to book a tour with Red Sun Tours. It was our best decision. We loved our guide Ana. She was great! She really took care of us and was very accommodating. Our van was clean with bottled water and had Wi Fi which was useful. Our driver Sergey was friendly and kind. We loved St. Petersburg so much and really want to come back. Next time we will definitely book a tour with Red Sun Tours.

We had a 2 day shore tour with Red Sun Tours on our recent Baltic cruise. We are happy we booked with this tour company. Excellent service, i give five stars to them. They even arranged a visa free entry to Russia for us. Our guide was so friendly and professional. We learned so much about the local culture. Highly recommend!

The three cathedrals tour was gorgeous! St Peterbsurg is chilly a bit but the places were stunning! So I booked the tour and it was private. Elena helped me out with water cause I forgot mine at the hotel, and we went to the Peter and Paul Cathedral but what was really shocking is the Peter's statue outside. The Blood cathedral was very Russian in architecture. St Isaac was just grand. It was unbelievable. Thank you Red Sun Tours for such a memorable tour.

Сбылась моя давняя мечта: посетить Великий город на Неве. Мы полны впечатлений; побывали, как в сказке. В турфирме Рэд Сан Турс мы заказали несколько экскурсий: обзорную экскурсию по городу с посещением Петропавловской крепости; экскурсию в Эрмитаж и Царское Село. Все истории, рассказанные нашим гидом были очень захватывающими .Хотелось слушать и слушать дальше . Хотим вернуться, чтобы узнать и увидеть ещё больше. Обязательно опять закажем экскурсии в этой турфирме.

Хочу порекомендовать Турфирму Рэд Сан Турс всем туристам. Мы заказали экскурсию в Эрмитаж для своей семьи и остались очень довольны. Наш гид Елена очень интересно рассказывала о жизни царей и показала шедевры коллекции искусства. Мы узнали много нового и получили огромное удовольствие.
