We purchased our home over a year ago from a seller who used Renovation Realty to renovate the home and we couldn't be happier. I wanted to wait to write a review until we had owned the home for a while so could see how the renovation held up. They had done a complete remodel and guaranteed their score of work for one year. Well its one year later and the home still looks and feels brand new. Renovation Realty's work was all well done in a processional manner. I would definitely recommend using Renovation Realty if you are buying or selling a home. They are easy to work with and very professional

We hired Renovation Realty to fully renovate & sell our home of 26 years & we could not be happier with the results! We needed to move out of state to become caregivers for my 90 year old parents. Our home needed quite a bit of work- a complete renovation upstairs & down from a complete new kitchen and family room to full renovations of all bathrooms. In doing our due diligence & reference checks, we were told over & over that John Picot & his team would make it happen professionally, on time & within budget. We met with John, Mirna & Carlos and felt very comfortable with their attention to detail & professionalism. They put together a scope of work on their recommendations for what needed to be done. They itemized every single aspect of what went into each individual area in regard to both materials & price. We checked their pricing and found it be be reasonable to other bids. The vison that Mirna presented was fresh & highly creative, and I must say now, was the touch that put us over the top. She was a delight to work with! The quality construction and attention to detail that Carlos and his team provided was also top shelf - and on time! The end result was stunningly beautiful. John was insistent that we raise the asking price and confident that we would get it even though all other comps in the area were much lower. The house went on the market on a Friday, an open house was held on Saturday & we had a full price offer on Sunday. Since we were in Arizona, John kept us updated throughout the entire process with almost daily phone calls and emails including photos. I would not hesitate to recommend John Picot & his Renovation Realty team to anyone!

I really feel that Keith took charge and in a relatively short amount of time produced fantastic results! I liked the fact that he returned all phone calls promptly and responded to every emergency situation in a timely manner. What a fantastic concept! I really needed a great realtor and a great crew simultaneously. Will definitely use again!
