Even though they list our reservations they still got a car for me and my wife so they came thru for us

The worst ever, not deserve even 1 star. Charged my card twice, gave me very dirty car inside out, smells sigurate and full of dust. Tire air is low and water. Not recommended at all.

Their staff is very welcoming and will talk with you about anything and answer all questions concerning the matters of cars. They do need more vehicles to offer towards their customers, cause they never anything available to rent.

This is a mickey mouse operation.I had a reservation for a car but when I went to pick it up I was informed that I could not rent without proof of insurance.I have rented many cars over the years with Hertz,Avis and Enterprise and never had to show proof of insurance.It was a Saturday and of course my insurance company was closed.They had my credit card for insurance as well but that wasn't good enough.My plans to drive over to Canada were ruined:thanks rent a wreck.I should have known not to do business with these clowns.If you still decide to rent with them try the gift shop to find a clerk.

A bit pricey but better than the other car rentals on the US side of Niagra Falls. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Vehicles tend to be older and higher mileage than some other rental car companies, but they all seem to be in good repair.
