Recently bought a used Audi Q5 and was searching for a trustworthy repair shop in the area. I went to Revive due to its stellar reviews and having experienced their customer service first-hand, I can understand why they have such great reviews. I had my brake pads and rotors replaced at a decent price, the brakes perform nicely so all good there. But when I bought my Q5, I noticed it didn’t come with the backup camera, and having heard a $750 quote from another shop (clearly a rip off), I was apprehensive but thought I’d ask Nick to give me a quote anyway-- $105 installation fee (not including parts). The wireless backup camera I purchased from BestBuy wasn’t a great fit for my car, so Nick went above and beyond doing research for me, and recommended (a even cheaper) backup camera that works perfectly for my car. The new camera works great, but what impressed me the most is Nick’s professionalism, and amazing trustworthy customer service. For that, I’d highly recommend Revive and Nick to anyone looking for top notch service and great customer experience.
