Feedback:
VERY rude and abrupt. I purchased a groupon for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. It says to call and make an appointment. First, the guy answers, “Hello?” Um...excuse me, why don’t you learn some professionalism and state the name of your business? Then the guy starts talking to someone else while I’m on the phone with him and completely ignores me. Then he says they can only honor the Groupon offer Mon-Fri, 9-3 or 9 AM on Saturday. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have even bought it. Will never go to this place and currently trying to figure out how to transfer the funds I spent on that Groupon to something else.
