Can't reach my contact at the company for more than a week. After a couple weeks the ads stopped running. I had no idea if they front loaded the money or what is going on. I'm told via chat that I can't cancel until I talk to someone, who is not getting back in touch with me. I did better on my own with Google Ads than they did on my behalf with FB ads, which I was told would be better for my market. They also put up their own page on my behalf with a different URL and a link to their company on it. I'm sure that will help MY local SEO. Oh wait, no, it will interfere with mine and help theirs. Note he says that they don't put links to their site on my page. I enclosed a picture showing the link. Also, yes they were closed for the weekend, I've been trying to reach them for 11 days. Loooong weekend! They also claimed a credential for the business that it does not have on that page, which could have had me in violation of the state board for said credential.
