My first experience at ride was great! The music was very energizing and when I said I was a new rider they immediately helped me get set up to make sure I was comfortable. Very friendly staff. I 100% recommenced this place. I feel even more energized when I leave. I will keep coming back for sure.

Went to try out a class, the front desk was very helpful, offered to let me try out my first class for free. I caught the eye of the coach and asked for help setting up the bike, which they did. Class was ok i suppose. After class was over, the coach didn't come over to ask if it went well for me or not, how i could have made it better, tips of future, if i wanted to sign up for more classes? So i left ♀️. Also no diversity. Over all experience...meh

I came here for one free class; the music was great and it definitely seemed like the regular riders were having a blast. For me though it was my first cycling class ever and I wish the instructor was friendlier & more welcoming. I told her I had never cycled before and she wasn't too helpful with explaining anything at all.

Absolutely terrible experience. Instructor doesn’t give you cues throughout class, and comes around and yells in your face while you ride. He doesn’t provide any type of instruction or combinations throughout, and it would’ve been discouraging for a first time rider. Glad I didn’t pay for the class, because I definitely will not be returning

I've been to almost every instructor there and I got a great ride with each . I went to Ride to help with my endurance with ultras and multi-day races . But whatever your reason the people are great and the atmosphere is as well. It's your ride your time you'll enjoy it . 🚴

This studio is absolutely AMAZING !!! The music is so energizing and you get a complete workout on your bike. The instructors are so much better than any other studio I have been too. They do weights on the bike which keeps your arms and shoulders really toned. LOVE LOVE this place. I have lost 15 lbs since going here and just feel great ! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to make a positive change in their life.
