We used Right at Home from August 2017 until June 2018, when a change in my father's condition meant that the care he required was beyond the scope and mandate of RaH. During their months of service, RaH caregivers were very reliable, efficient, competent and kind. I do not hesitate to recommend this company.

Trish Abbey and her team have been incredibly helpful and caring. They have worked with us both in my parents home and in their new seniors facility apartment. Even with rapidly changing requirements and schedules, they have been their for us, every step of the way. We cannot thank them enough.

Julie is absolutely wonderful!! She is very kind, compassionate & caring. Her work ethic is far above par and she genuinely cares about her clients. In a recent difficult time, Julie was always available & helped out immensely. I feel completely comfortable leaving a loved one in her, (or her staff’s), care. THANK YOU!!!

After my Mother fell and broke her hip we needed to find a company that provided Personal Care Workers in the Burlington area. Three such companies were researched and Right at Home (RAH) Canada received the best review score of the three, due to being accredited with the BBB, to certification with CANSA/OPSWA, and having their PSW's insured and bonded. I want to thank Melissa Adams for ensuring all the necessary details were in place, the RAH Service Agreement reflected the required services and for selecting "Lori" to provide the PSW services. I would strongly recommend RAH to provide PSW services in the Burlington Ontario areas

I work with Right at Home Canada , Hamilton branch as a personal support worker . They have provided me with lots of hours to work within my availability. I find the office staff very supportive and helpful and understanding when it comes to my personal life ( when I it comes to me booking off ) and family emergencies . I have had wonderful clients and safe environment to work in. Whenever I need to speak to someone is always available . I find most of my co-workers work as a team . My coordinator matches me with clients iam comfortable with . I have a feeling that Right at Home staff really care about their employees and clients very much , so far I am very satisfied as an employee . I have no doubt I will be working for Right at Home for many years to come till I retire. I feel at home working for Right at Home .

The ladies from Right At Home have been sent from heaven and provide wonderful loving care to my 93 year old mother. Our family have used their services for over 2 years and they exceed all expectations and more. I personally consider these ladies as my sisters/friends and my mother has adopted them as daughters. My mother loves her girls and often can be found waiting for them to arrive. On several occasions we needed extra help with Mom, and Right At Home stepped up to the plate. Tracey Schlosser, owner operator of Right At Home, always manages to lifts my spirits too! She is a bright star. I couldn't navigate this journey without her and Moms companion worker Cathy.

Right at Home has been an awesome company to deal with. The ladies that come and stay with my husband are terrific. We had to go through several people before we found the best match but they made the process easy. They have also been helpfull in finding me additional information that I requested. I would definitely recomend this company.
