UK franchise left my 91 year old father without any care for six days over Christmas 2015 knowing I was out of the country. He paid several months in advance for care. We were told there was no one available to look after him, which meant we had to buy last minute tickets for an international flight and managed to arrive home on Christmas Day two hours after the carer left.V A Bram (Dr)
