I am highly upset with this place ! I’ve brought my children here several times and they won’t EVER go back. Apparently the girl at the front desk waits to tell me that the last time I brought my children the credit card machine printed out “incomplete” and I was never charged. Well that can’t be true because I’m constantly checking my bank account and I would’ve notice $200+ was still in my account after I paid. So tonight, 3 whole months later they decide to tell me AFTER my children was there for 4 hours once I get there to pick them up that there’s a balance on the account. So I had to pay sooo much more than the amount I planned to pay. Why wait 3 months? Also, why wasn’t I told when I dropped them off tonight? I’m just completely upset and I will be contacting the manager. Someone needs to have an explanation for this ridiculous situation!!
