deplorable 'racist' customer service from the girl behind the counter named 'Jordan' "at the Crenshaw, Torrance location. I walked - no hello, no greeting, no eye contact, not even an acknowledgment of my presence. Literally waited sevral minutes politely and patiently at the counter for the associate to acknowledge me and NOTHING! Then, after about 2 or 3 more minutes another customer walks in (of another race) and she immediately says hello. I'm African American, dressed VERY well and I was literally picking up a smoothie for my wife. The wonderful thing is that I'm a VP of Human Resources at a local firm and I plan on reporting this incident to the FEHA and to the BBB. Hope you guys find new associates who aren't racist!
