I am giving this a 2 star rating because the 1 hour was fun. My issue was I got a voucher on Groupon for 90 minutes and I checked in they gave be a black wristband by 5pm. My time should have been up at 6:30. My kids weren’t allowed to do anything by 6pm. I was just told to show my receipt at the front to get a new wristband. By the time I got to the line it was 6:15. Should I really have to waste my time getting back in line to get what I initially paid for? Not coming back. Lost worlds is cheaper and a lot more things to do.

Way too crowded. Allow in much more than they can swallow, including party groups.

A fun place with lots of trampolines. Staff on hand at all activities. BUT some quite happily stand by without intervention while bigger kids push in front of the line while smaller kids are waiting.
