Staff was nice, but didn't know how to spell. Had to spell my name 3 times before they got it right in their computer. Showed barber a picture of the style I wanted, and he said "No problem". The cut I got, however, was nothing like what I asked for. Not terrible, just not what I asked for. Overpriced for a mediocre experience.
