I am extremely upset to the point of tears right now. A man at Ruffins in tillsonburg, who I presume to be the owner, called my place of employment and accused me of taking product without paying for it. I went to the store picked up a bag of Benny bully’s and walked to the back of the store to look at dog food. I decided to not make a purchase and put the Benny bully’s down on a bag of dog food. I left the store. I happened to be in my work uniform and Driving my work vehicle. This man called my work of which I have to be bondable and accused me of stealing. I am outraged. I called head office spoke to a nice understanding gentlemen who apologized and said he would call the store immediately. He said I could have my employer call the store for them to explain. But why should I have to ask my employer to do that why shouldn’t the store have to call them and explain it was a mistake. I will never shop at this store and to honest any other Ruffins location. This is slanderous and I will contact the better business bureau as well to see what can be done to ensure this never happens to anyone else !!!!
