Whether you use their services or not, even the first supposedly free 15 minute consultation will trigger their unstoppable billing system.Update: The attorney from Ryan Swanson sent me an email and said the billing issue is taken care of. They seem to care about doing things right, and hopefully they fix their processes. I am updating the rating from 1 star to 4 star.
