Very good customer service but way overpriced a ripoff

I have referred so many family and friends to this safe ship I get no help with anyone there I will be talking to an owner today. I actually have consistent problems day to day I will be changing services and telling every one who I referred to do the same this is absolutely ridiculous

I am in the store at least every other week. My 2 daughters go to the same place as well. I was having something shipped and the blond short hair lady was at the counter who I beleave is the owner - SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN! She huffed and puffed literally in front of me, extreamly rude and on a high horse no customer service skills! The young man that is usually there is so professional and actually knows what he is doing , I'm always please with him and its the only reason why I'm even giving it 3 stars.

Beware this business. They are simply NOT honest. Make sure you get multiple quotes on what you're shipping. Convenience comes at HIGH cost with this company. It's as simple as dealing direct. You will always get a better price dealing direct with the primary carriers. Safe Ship service is NOT superior to anyone.

I was sending a box of shoes as a gift and I told them to double box it so the box doesn’t get damaged. The guy told me he will and when my cousin got it the box was destroyed and wasn’t double boxed. I’m disappointed with the service and how they don’t listen and lie in your face.

I tried to ship out a picture frame, a baseball hat, a jersey and a poster to overseas (Europe) total weight about 6-7lbs... They told me the price twelve fifty. No, it wasn't $12.50 , but $1250! USPS did it kindly for $93.78.

We requested extra packaging, they ignored it and sent the package, it was destroyed in transit. Now they're pushing it onto everyone else they possibly can when we have photo evidence that they messed up. Typical Daytona business, won't accept they made a mistake, won't do the right thing.

I was always told use local businesses , not this one ladies and gentlemen.I have been lied to over charged and forgotten about for the last time 3 strikes and I am out.Never use the company!!!!!!!I will be in touch with the better business bureau shortly about them .P SWent and talked to this company this morning, they have zero regrets told me I did not explain myself did not care where my package was or the timing of delivery. I am big on working with small businesses , l was trying to give them a chance because I am a small business myself workers and management are not very effective my complaints fell on deaf ears.

Rip off, I shipped some equipment with them and they charged double what FedEx charges if I had printed the label online. Beware of these thieves and take your business elsewhere.
