Sears came out and cleaned my 4 year old carpeting in my new house. The technicians were friendly and efficient. However, they continually pressed a fiber sealer and deodorizer package that I did get. A day later my carpet began turning green. They came back out and tried to fix it but could not. Management refuses to offer any solutions or make it right. They are continuously trying to redirect blame. I would steer clear of Sears carpet cleaning.

The Best service all the time. I used Sears Carpet Cleaning every year The carpet looks like new smell so clean the gentleman the did it last told Me a good tip don't use black rubber mats by the entrance. Sara Engel,

The service was great, fair and honest. The air duct cleaning I wanted could not be done completely due to the way my house is built, the upstairs ducts were not accessible. Your tech was honest about that, and showed me what he could do, and how I can help keep them clean as well. Thanks you!

Had to have my dryer serviced. I was in the middle of drying clothes and I heard loud screeching and the dryer cut off. Opened the door,and it smelled like something was burning. I went online and set up an appointment for the dryer vent cleaning service. They called the day before and gave me an exact time. Thursday, Jeremy called and let me know he would be at my house in 15 min.He was very prompt and curteous. He looked over the dryer and I left him to his devices. In record breaking time (sure seemed that way) he was finished. He cleaned up the fallout from the vent and made sure everything was working great. Jeremy is a great technician and I highly recommend!
