One of the worst experience I have had till date. There chimney broke down regularly after one year of usage. Then they opened the chimney and took the motor for cleaning. Have not heard back from them since even after regularly following up with them on their customer care number.Edited: Finally they have been able to reaasemble my chimney once more, after 2 months and that too after posting this feedback online. Lets hope it runs without any problem for now.
