DO NOT LEND YOUR UNITS AS AN OWNER!!! THEY OWE ME OVER $700 DOLLARS.I was an owner of one of their rental vehicles for 2 years. I strongly suggest that you look to make a better business choice for renting out your vehicle. The owner customer service has severely degraded. I stopped seeing monthly statements of use, I stopped seeing repairs being done, and most importantly; I stopped seeing the money they owed me from my toy hauler being rented out.More specifically, my toy hauler was rented in May 2017, for what I assume was at least 9 days due to the lack of transparency and never knowing what was going on with my unit, and I have still yet to receive the monies owed to me.I have emailed and called both Share My Coach Mesa as well as Joe Hill the franchise owner and still have yet to receive a phone call or resolution to this day.I have multiple other friends that are pulling their rental units from Share My Coach due to the lack of owner care and communication. Again, I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your business opportunities rather than giving your hard earned equipment to a company that won't stand by or take care of their owners. At this point I can only imagine what the customer service is like for people renting from them.
