I’m a resident of South Holland and live literally 3 minutes away from the location but had too many terrible experiences there. The last being served raw catfish. When I asked for the manager I was told he wasn’t available and was told they could only prepare me another order. I reluctantly agreed and the second order was raw as well. I then demanded a refund. Mind you I never left the store. I asked to speak with the manager over the phone and was denied access. I lost my temper and again demanded my total refund and the fry cook said he was going to call South Holland police. I immediately told him to call them before I call myself. They showed up in minutes and needless to say after hearing what happened and my story being verified by other patrons that witnessed all of the events I received my total refund. I’ve never returned to that location and drive 3 miles to the Lansing location. I’ve been totally satisfied at that location and have no problem traveling there for their awesome food and excellent customer service. #boycott
