Overall Feedback:
I would give this company a 0 if it was possible. I was dealing with the franchise out of California for an install. They clearly misquoted me on what to me, was a mistake that could have been solved with common sense. Not a big deal, I asked for an updated quote. What I was not happy with was how extremely belligerent and rude the person I spoke with was. His name was Danny, he claimed he owned the San Jose franchise and proceeded to scream at me, talk over me, and insult me while on the phone. My work has used this company for many different installations and I am never experienced such disrespect as I have today. I will never be using them again for any installations my company needs.
