Called this company looking for a possible sales position. On telling the guy why I was calling I just got a very rude "No," and he hung up. I don't care how good some of their product is, a company with people like that working for it speaks volumes about the kind of people they are.

John Reynolds of Signarama Bolingbrook has stolen over $800 from me. I ordered a sign from his company and he did not deliver the sign and install it. He promised a refund and after 4 months I still have not recieved my money. If he asks you for a deposit please do yourself a favor and find another sign company unless you want to get ripped off like we did. He is non-responsive now and I have contacted the attorney general of Illinois, the BBB, as well as the corporate HQ of Signarama who basically will do nothing for you either. You would truly be a fool to ever do business with this person. I will post a 1 star review on every Signarama review site until I get my $800 because I not only hold John Reynolds responsible for this theft but Signarama as a whole.

I would give this company a 0 if it was possible. I was dealing with the franchise out of California for an install. They clearly misquoted me on what to me, was a mistake that could have been solved with common sense. Not a big deal, I asked for an updated quote. What I was not happy with was how extremely belligerent and rude the person I spoke with was. His name was Danny, he claimed he owned the San Jose franchise and proceeded to scream at me, talk over me, and insult me while on the phone. My work has used this company for many different installations and I am never experienced such disrespect as I have today. I will never be using them again for any installations my company needs.
