I just called the Oakville loaction(July 9 430pm) to inquire on purchasing a wheelchair. Horrible customer service by the lady I spoke with. She didn't want to look into if they had the wheelchair in stock and gave me a cost off the top of head. I guess she didn't care for my business. I only gave 1 star so I could post my review. Otherwise I would have put no stars.

Not impressed. Installed a stairlift with this company and it broke down within a year. When I called for repair they told me they could not come until Monday. My parents would have been trapped in their bedroom all weekend. My brother in law was able to get it working using a drill and a bit he made to fit it so we could get them downstairs. My parents have passed away and I called for removal. $500, yes $500 to take eight bolts out to remove it. Serously look around these guys don’t deserve to get your business.

We just had a Vertical Platform Lift installed at our house and Silver Cross did an excellent job. Andrew was on top of everything from the quotes to the installment. We also had a stair lift installed by Silver Cross about 5 years ago, and it has not given us any problems as well. My wife and I are very pleased with the work from this company.

Rented a wheel chair! I was ready for pick up when I got there and I found the rental price to be very reasonable! The one I was going to rent was the same price for 1 day as I paid for a week here! Awesome! Thanks

unfortunately, my family had a very negative experience with the Oakville location of this company: our chairlift was not installed in a way that we thought was unsafe to use and their customer service in dealing with the matter was almost non-existent.
