I love the vacuum but just found out that the company no longer exist!! They closed their doors this year, and does their web site reflect this? Did they send out any information about this? No. Obviously they were a crapy company.

Not happy with service today... I have questions on this product which I seem to like but... at main office they only handle online? Seriously? ??? I want to speak to someone not have to look online or call someone else to get filters...and get another voice telling me to look online... at this point if it were not so expensive I would dump it! Booooo

Is Silver King even in business? None of their phone numbers work, no one replies to emails and I can't find replacement filters for the Blue Max anywhere.

4751 Town Center Dr, Colorado Springs CO 80916I've been happy with the power and reliability of the machine. It's a bit unwieldy at times, and I've had some accessories break. They don't warranty their accessories--unfortunately, you can't use the machine without the accessories.....they didn't give a good discount on replacement accessories. Not great handling of a potentially referring customer. :(
