My family visited the Yuba City, Ca Sizzler. Let me preface this by saying that I am paralyzed and confined to a wheel chair. My husband works out of state and so it is rarely, RARELY that I get a treat to go out to eat with friends and family. We went on Monday, 9/16/219 at around 12:15pm. They were not busy and there were very few customers. We went to the salad bar only to find a huge mess. Food all the counter and the floor and many of the containers empty. Those with food in them also had other foods mixed in from careless customers who did not pay attention or care about the mess they made. I asked Eric, who was running the register at the time, if he could get some one to replenish the food at the salad bar. He stood there for almost 10 min. doing nothing. He was not helping customers, he was just standing there. I grabbed a girl in a red shirt who came from the back and asked her if she could take care of it. She said she would, but only straightened up the bowls, ladles etc at the soup area and disappeared. Finally our waitress came back by and we asked her if she could get someone to fix the salad area. She nodded she would and went about helping customers. Soon after, Eric strolled by and I asked him AGAIN to see about getting the salad bar fixed and he explained it wasn't his job. About 12:45, the manager showed up and began running around trying to get things organized and the salad bar taken care of. By that time we had eaten what was available and headed for some ice cream only to find that area too was missing syrup and other items. My husband finally went to the back and opened the door and asked someone for the missing items so that we could enjoy dessert. I do not get out very often, after 6 months of waiting for a chance where everything aligned just right so I could enjoy an afternoon out with friends and family, we run into this. $40.00 wasted, staff and management that did care and now corporate, who does provide access to it's customers to file a compliant. I will never visit this or any other sizzler again.

Just went to sizzlers with my mom,Jesus and my grandson jesses and there was a long line I told my mom to go find some please to sit since we're were going to be waiting a little when and she can't stand for long so she and jesse went to find a seat about 5 to 10 mins later jesse calls his dad (jesus) to tell him that they were being told to leave because they did not have a ticket to be sitting at the table yet my mom explained to the ass who was a manager that we were in line and that she needed to sit he told her there was benches by the exit And to leave she was so embarrassed and humiliated by being told that she had to leave in front of other people he never once offered her a chair to suit in front and wait while we were in line he was just mean too her and boy I was pissed I when to complain but the person I complained to just said she was sorry for how my mom was treated and she would talk to the other manager about his treatment of my Mom she never wants to go there again
