Expensive sign up fee (£30) and monthly fee (£34.95) for an under equipped town gym . Much better options are available in the area. Showers and changing rooms are dirty. Lockers were broken. Dull environment. Service also terrible and staff are unhelpful. Receptionist doesn't always answer the phone. I was unfairly charged an additional month when wanting to cancel due to nobody answering the phone. Finally got through and told to email in order to cancel. Asked for additional charge to be refunded and was refused and told nothing could be done. Ended up paying for 2 months of a gym I never used. Avoid.
