We pay top dollar for service and quality .Our rep here in the Niagara Falls ,Ontario area ran around in his truck for months not being able to order or repair anything . Spoke to Snap on corporate about broken ratchets . Still waiting months now . But they always want their money . Pretty sure when I was sold tools I was told I was paying for Quality , Service and CONVIENCE ..

Snap on tools is not bad, but the sale it’s really bad. The markham area sale “Paul” once he selling u his tools he smile and very nice to you. Once you have warranty, he give you are very hard time. “ How do you use the tools, do you know how to use it” so on and so on. It’s has no after service at all. If snap on keep this business style. I rather using Canadian tire tools. Please understand your tools it’s not free. We pay what we have.

As a shop owner and my 4 other technicians are very disappointed with Snap On service and customer loyalty.In 15 years we have gone through 6 reps, none were really good.They give us a hard time to replace defective tools.We started to buy MAC TOOLS and we are very happy with the service and he finds a way to get our Snap On tools exchanged for us and our Snap On rep will not.Thank you Mac Tools for hiring good people.

I have been buying tools from snap on for over 20 years. Our dealer is a corporate truck and disappears for months at a time with our tools and no communication from corporate on what is going on, not even a message on his answering machine. I have called snap on Canada and they say there is nothing they can do, they have obviously lost control of their brand. Our shop is now afraid to buy snap on tools as you never know if youll see the rep again. I suggest other shops take notice of this before investing their money in this brand. Do not let these guys into your shops, they will only disrupt your businesses.

This company is a joke and not in a funny way. Take your money and get no service with no rep once again. clearly this company has no idea what customer service even is and they dont care anyway. Just keep collecting money it's all your good for.

was told my tool does not have warranty, had to argue and show him the package for him to accept this fact, then took it for weeks and "forgot about me" just for me to get it back and it to break again.
