Nikkole saved my sanity....I had to attach some documents and I had no idea where to start not having a printer or scanner. Nikkole to the rescue...she took charge and made what was an overwhelming task to me into a few minutes and keystrokes. Plus she copied and printed scads of paperwork so I could "old school" it and have the manuals in hand.5 stars for this rockstar....my new go to for home office needs.

I chose Snap Print for all of my wedding stationery and am so glad that I did!! Nikkole helped to make the process stress-free by responding to emails and last minute questions/issues quickly. All of my prints were done ahead of my timeline, and they took great care to make sure they came out perfect! I would highly recommend Snap Print for their awesome customer service and high quality products!

Man! Talk about going the extra mile!! Snap Print Hopkins does a beautiful job printing the programs for our annual dance recital. But this year we didn't receive them at the venue. Of course, we didn't notice until after hours. We called, emailed, and left a message on Facebook hoping someone would see it. Not only did Snap Print see it, but Nikkole went to the store at 11:30pm to find out what happened to our delivery. The problem was the courier (they dropped the programs with the custodian who didn't notify us instead of bringing them to our staff in the auditorium) not Snap Print. I will always be grateful for their dedication to excellent service and their amazing staff! Thank you Snap Print. You're the best!!!

You won't find proofreading here. Errors in my printed material from last year...just noticed. Color and printing quality came out well.

Advertises "Color Copies as low as 10 cents" and tried to charge me 48 cents saying "that is a good deal should be 58 cents". Didn't warn me it would be $48 for 90 pages. :-O Be sure to get a quote. They did come down to 25 cents after I complained but that is a drastic bait and switch.

Poor customer service. Stopped by to inquire about an estimate and I was told they'll email it to me. I called back today and the lady told me she hasn't gotten to my estimate and that there are other things ahead of me.

Best value out there! I shopped around and ended up with these guys. Extremely fast turn around for my wedding invites (kind of a hard print, front and back have to line up) but these guys did it, no nonsense, files I proved worked first try and the prints look incredible. Great price for a premium result.
