Virtually impossible to reach customer service. App locks up constantly. Monitoring is spotty at best. When we actually were broken into, dispatch did not alert me for 17 minutes after the alarm was triggered. Meanwhile the thieves were only in the building a total of 4 minutes. Not even a good theft deterrent, in my experience. When I tried to cancel, I was clearly informed that the cancellation policy required me to pay at out the entirety of my ridiculous 5 year contract, at the time, a sum of over $2000. Luckily that contract is up soon so I can install a much more reliable self monitored system. But they’ve got a really good sales team.

Our contract was for five years, if you decide to cancel you need to continue to pay until contract is finished even if you do not use they service anymore! The worst thing is that we were with them almost 5 years!!! We canceled three months before contract ended because of moving from location , and they still charged us for three months!
