Overall Feedback:
Movers were to be at my home at 12:00- 1:00 pm didn't show up until 5:30 pm. Continuously asked me if I wished to change my method of payment to cash instead of credit card Did not have any tools to take the doors off of the appliances, I would like to know how they were going to get the appliances out without tools (my husband had to take doors off)Ripped the plastic covering on my queen size bed losing my hardware which was attached to the bag Futon mattress was put in the rec room when we went to set the futon up later, the mattress was soaking wet, leading us to believe that the mattress was dropped. They stated the futon frame would not fit into the rec room, I told them, unscrew it and take it apart (even I have done that myself.). At the end of it all, we spoke with the supervisor and we were given $80 off of our move....I couldn't believe a company would be so unprofessional and only offer an $80 saving.
