My husband bought me a membership for Valentine's Day, the Spa810 went out of business due to not paying their rent. I was told I had to travel 10-15 miles to use another spa, which I did, then I was told I could not use that Spa 810 anymore. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months. I have been told 4 times they would take care of it by Nycole and John, however, I still don't have my refund and John has stopped answering my emails. I do not recommend using them and I highly suggest NOT buying a membership.
