Little to much fat on rib dinner to go

We went back a couple of days ago. The food was awlful. We used the online service and went to pick up the food. The food was old and barely warm .I called the next day and they basically gave me the round around will not return my call. We were celebrating our 24th anniversary and I was embarrassed.

The ambiance is lacking, the service was mediocre, and the food was ok. Nothing really reaches out or screams "come back" I likely will not...

Quick service. Beef brisket & pulled chicken were tender, but not even luke warm. Baked beans & green beans were hot & delicious!
