Overall Feedback:

This gym has been the best training I've ever had. The coaching is second to none. The results speak for themselves. Even when I'm abroad, their online system is just awesome. To me the one thing that impresses me about Lucas Irwin, is his interest in making sure the exercise is done in proper form. I recommend this gym and Lucas Irwin to anyone who is serious about fitness!!!!
