Owner refuses to book an appointment with us knowing that we have already spoken with other companies.Edit:Thanks owner for his response. What I stated above was not accurate. My mistake. The owner is really nice and responsive to all my questions and messages, and I am sorry that we are not working anything out this time. And because of he rejected my follow up appointment request, I decided to rate my experience with stor-x 1 star.Our initial appointment was cancelled due to my wife was going to be in labor anytime. But after it was cancelled, the owner refuses to book another time for an appointment; instead, he wants us to go to another company instead.So, before speaking to Stor-x, I have spoken with another 2 companies. Both gave me a quote. And I found stor-x through google. Because of the positive reviews and one claimed that this is the cheapest, I decided to call. Then, I was speaking to the owner, he gave me a rough esitimation quote that's cheaper than both, so I decided to proceed. And I told him that I was comparing with other providers.The owner was then mentioning many times about whether we should continue, and book an appointment and get a quote for me. As a client, since I have never used any abusive words and been nice and reasonable, he should have given me a quote like other companies so I could decide. In my opinion, designs from all companies should turn out to be the same - I want x number of drawers at location x, and y number of open shelves at location y, in color z, and what different is just the price. There are many custom closet design solutions here in Vancouver, and if you want to earn business, I don't see what is the other way than selling it lower since the product is the same.
