The location was difficult to find because it was in the back of a strip-mall area without signs, but it's worth the trouble. I called for an appointment at 12PM-12:30PM 5/4/2018 and Sean, a technician, immediately came out of the store with his equipment as I parked my car. He quickly looked at the damage, explained to me why the windshield needed replacement, told me several reputable locations I could get it repaired (as their location doesn't replace windshields), and instructed me to call my auto insurance to place a claim. Sean was extremely professional and, despite him not repairing my windshield, gave me the impression their services are top-quality. I called my auto insurance and everything is taken care of just as Sean said. I plan to visit SuperGlass whenever my windshield needs repair.
