I bought a dozen of the minis yesterday at the Port Hueneme food truck night. Since it was pretty warm the frosting was melted all over. I decided to place the whole tray in the fridge so we can enjoy them a bit later. The cake is good but the frosting is bland and not tasty. For some of the cupcakes not sure what flavor it was I’m guessing banana the frosting taste like a stick of butter. Overall I would buy again but only the red velvet.
