What was the best part of the experience?

To get out of the drive thru line.Waiting 30 minutes in line is ridiculous! More cooks need to be hired.

What would you change about the experience?

the time it took to get our food.The freeze machine was not working.It was super hot waiting int the drive thru line 110.

Order was not what I ordered. Drove all the way home to find out they gave me someone else's order . Totally upset! The service was horrible. The kid at the window acted like he was on something. It will be a long time before i go back .

Went to Taco Bell in Warren(12 Mile & Hayes) on Friday morning at a little after 8am. There was a young lady that was so rude. She acted like it was my fault getting sarcastic about the fact that they were all late and weren’t opened yet even though the location was supposed to open at 7. Over an hour late to work she tells me they’re not opened because everyone had just gotten there! That would’ve been one thing. But she was so rude about it, the 1st thing I thought about was letting headquarters know how your business was being represented out here. I realize Taco Bell is a stabled company, however, customer service should still be a part of the business’ procedure still. I sure hope someone acknowledges who this young lady was, & tell her about herself. Thank you.
