I just had a new smoke House taco plater. the refried beans were good however the tacos are terrible worst tasting brisket I ever had!. You could do so much better! try boiling and onion brisket till tender place shredded brisket and cilantro on a corn taco just like the ones your using now . Try it you'll like and I'm sure you're customer's will to.
