My wife and I have been going to the Taco BUENO on Green Oaks and I-20 in Arlington since 1986. Today they lost us as customers. The shift manager was very rude and confrontational toward us for asking to get a little more cheese on our nachos. Not asking for much. The shift manager @ 4:50pm CT. When I asked for her manager I was told that he/she was fired and there was no other manager. I was also told there is no way to file any complaint. (Side note: Bathrooms were disgusting)
