Terrible customer service. As a business owner I understand the importance of customer service. Today there was no service and no respect for the customer. . The lady who called herself Julia was very rude and refused to take my order after I told her the drive thru was not working . She even called me a liar , was loud and tried to overtake me. Then told me I would have to drive back thru the drive thru if I was going to receive service. This lady was working the drive thru on Sept. 6th at 5:37 pm .She is lazy and apparently does not need a job..so I will be following up with the corporate office about her behavior.
