Great initial service, clean and tidy environment. Everyone was very professional and the gentleman who cut my hair was very focused and did a meticulous job focusing on details (I believe his name was Mo). I personally appreciate a barber who puts his effort into the cut instead of small talk. Would highly suggest.

I went in to get my facial hair cleaned up and they did an amazing job. The hot towel service felt great and it was the cleanest shave I've ever had. The staff were also very personable, professional and helpful. An overall great experience that I recommend to all my friends.

Went in for a cut and a shave this weekend. Had a great experience from the hot towel to the straight blade shave. Also left with a clean cut at a great price.

I used to go here regularly for some months now, but this time the barber made a mistake and cut a small section on my left side which i only realised next day , when lot of people asked me about it , it stood out , i went next day but there was no way of fixing this since it was too short , when i asked for refund for bad service, i got a straight No and owner did not look apologetic as well, he offered me discount on next one but i have no inclination of going here againI understand mistakes happen but u need to be more sensitive towards ur customers specially regular ones Feel bad to lose this place

Today was my third trip to Taylor and colt in uptown Victoria. The time they took and questions they asked made for exactly what I was looking for in a hair cut. It was also my second Hot shave at Taylor and colt and still the only place that takes the time to do it right. Every other place I've had a hot shave I had left with irritation. Keep up the great work and I will be back next time

I went when they first opened. Was greeted promptly, and with a warm welcome. They took my jacket, and offered me a drink. That’s where the positives end.The kid that cut my hair seemed like he was no older than 19, asked me two questions, then proceeded to cut my hair in complete silence. Even after clarifying what he was doing, he still managed to cut it twice as short as I asked for. So awkward.After the destruction of my hair, I was so awkward and embarrassed. Went up to pay the same person who greeted me, who seemed to have a complete 180 in personality. The entire ending was awkward, and silent. I didn’t tip, because a tip is for service, or good service. Neither of those were a thing. Got a stone glare from the guy taking payments, “thanks”, and not even invited back. Grabbed my jacket and ran as fast as I could. 1.5/5 - at least they were good at the beginning...
