Feedback:

SCAM SCAM SCAM rates increased / no human customer serviceinstalled our system with their personal emails included so they see all our invoices. Scam.Their email. They also purposefully entered the associated phone number one digit off. When we went to cancel, we did not have either the email or phone to authenticate. update:UCS can burn in hell.

Feedback:

Terrible experience!! From June 2018 through October 2019 my rate went up monthly. They doubled over this period. They don't answer or return calls or e-mails. Run from them as fast as you can.

Feedback:

Never answer the phone. Customer service is horrible. Hiddin lease agreement on equipment. Hiddin fees, they call them non-qualified interchange fees. These fees are higher then the actual cost to process the card. Go with Merchant One and save yourself 4 years of anguish.

Feedback:

Stay away from united card solutions! The sales team sure misleads a person and promises there's no problem getting out of the contract which is untrue.

Feedback:

This company has been reported to the Federal Trade Commission and the State Attorney General. I have spent countless hours trying to resolve these deceptive operations with United Card Solutions to try and resolve and allow them to offer an ethical refund. This should tell anyone how unethical and deceptive this company operates. Please also note their recent business name change.

Feedback:

Would not recommend doing business with this company. I switched both of our businesses over to them after being told they would offer excellent rates and services. When I cancelled both accounts (after the 3 year contract), I was continued to be charged. When I called questioning, the ladies answering the phone kept "transferring" me to other people, and I was continued to be given the run around until I was forwared to a voicemail. I am now waiting for "Ariel" to call me back.

Feedback:

Stay far away from this company. They’re very unethical and fraudulent in the way they secretly increase their rates and add additional charges not even related to processing.I decided after 18months and 5 rate increases that our company has had enough.Salesperson extremely misleading and if they promise anything, make sure it’s in writing. Please don’t make the same costly mistake we made.

Feedback:

Not sure what to add that many others have already said.1 - They break the law. They don't disclose whether or not they're recording. They call despite explicit requests to no longer be called. They call state agencies on DNC lists.2 - They're not savvy. They whine and pettily call back just to do so. Which, not sure why they'd like to waste their own time, but they have fake jobs, so I guess that makes sense.3 - As others noted, they posted fake five-star reviews. Which is both funny and sad at the same time.4 - They're apparently scam artists to anyone who actually took the bait. To those who receive calls. FILE AN FCC COMPLAINT. For each instance. Companies more and more have had to pay big due to this illegal practice. It helps to provide documentation.

Feedback:

Awful, unethical, dishonest company. They WILL lie to you about fees (monthly, annual, Billback costs, PCI Compliance fees, Pin debit costs, Passthru fees, authorization fees, and monthly equipment lease fees) and they will totally gloss over equipment leasing fees and lock you in a 4 year lease agreement with seemingly no way out, charging you thousands of dollars for equipment that costs less than $1000 to purchase outright. Stay clear!

Feedback:

I just got off the phone with a rep from this 'company'. He presented their fee structure and tried to pressure me into a commitment right then and there. Something didn't add up. You know when they say it sounds too good to be true? I asked him to send me an email detailing their proposal and I'd do my due diligence before committing to any changes. I must've said this half a dozen times, but he kept repeating the discount they provided and very condescendingly asked why I didn't want to save money. I finally explained that I needed to run this by the business owner and he said "Oh, you don't make the final decision? You just wasted 11 minutes of my time!" I wasted YOUR time?????
