Our mission.I am not surprised that this is a bad company to work for as another reviewer asserts, because my repeated complaints about the way suggested tips are calculated at the TGIFs in Clifton (and presumably other Briad locations) ---based on check total after all discounts are taken and coupons subtracted---have gone unanswered. For example, a before discount check in excess of $30, that ends up as $8 after discounts (a not uncommon occurrence due to use of coupons and free meal points) will result in a suggested 20% tip of $1.60 being printed on the receipt. It is my opinion that by not addressing this issue, the Briad Group is failing in their mission to "Create positive life long emotional connections with our teammates and our guests".
