Unfortunately I cannot give no stars - they answer the sales line immediately but aftersales are non existent. The Car Loan Company sells cars unfit for the road. Do not use this company please!!

Absolute waste of time and liars gave them all my paperwork and my partners paperwork and my life history and my girlfriend’s life history and still was not good enough but quick enough to take the deposit just wish I’d looked at all the bad reviews before I applied they don’t do credit checks they say but they do just wasted a whole week of my time avoid and look at the other reviews before considering going with them

Please if your desperate to get a car don't go near this company car. I have paid over 4000 to get the car I got of these repaired in just 18 the car was filthy inside and the cars they sell are not road worthy

I contact CLC and firstly spoke to jade knight who was my contact all the way through the procedure . A lovely lady who was ever so helpful in all aspects of my dealings with her . I do also have to say thank you to Paul who dealt with a minor problem on the car straightaway . A pleasure to know this company

After asking for a vw passat and waiting after I had paid a deposit I was told they couldn't sell it after a few weeks another passat come up yet again the same issue. I was then offerd a mazda 6 ts2 when it was delivered the man who drove it half way down to meet me was smoking in it the car had 4 illegal tires witch had to be replaced at my own cost because there warranty don't cover tires even tho this car had just passed a mot I sent pictures in by email and informed them yet again they where not really interested after polishing the car had also noticed that the rear was a different shade of colour after further investigating and taking it to fife auto centre they informed me that it had previously been involved in a rear end impact and been fixed vary poorly yet again there warranty don't cover again for paint work a couple of weeks after this I then lost power steering when turning left this was due to a sensor where yet again wasnt coverd and cost me £1100 I didn't and don't ask for much and I don't tend to complain but now because of the previous owner having the car on lowering springs witch I didn't really notice before it has now done a top mount 2 wish bones and 2 wheel bearings costing another £438 I would strongly recommend being careful with this place as it's door people that have poor credit I'm now paying 12000 for a 2010 plate mazda but that was my fault but with the cost months work that I'm having to get done and the money it's cost me no one at this place wants to help at all

This is one of the worst company I ever came accross in this country. They are selling cars of its triple value, i.e. the car market value is £3500, but they are selling it for £6500 and adding up 57% APR on top, so you're ending up paying almost £11000 over 36 months period. Unfortunately, most of their cars are only available for 36 months finance option. Moreover, their cars aren't inspected as advised at the point of sale. I had to deal with the repairs and parts replacement 4 times within the first month, and on one occasion their driver caused damage to the wheel arch when dropping off the car to me, where thereafter I was liable myself to cover cost of the part replacement. The most important point that you have to be careful about, when doing Voluntary Termination, they are capable of damaging your credit files of omitting accurate reporting to the Credit Referencing Agencies. They made two months "late payment" incorrect record on my files with Equifax after I voluntarily terminated the agreement, and yet never been apologised for nor compensation offered. It seems to be done by purpose like their lies and manipulations priory to the engagement. Be careful and wise throughout. Avoid if you can!

What a disgraceful company! Sold us 2 very dangerous cars! The customer service is horrendous! They think because a customer has bad credit they can treat them like dirt! Sold us a car that broke down on a dual carriageway with my children in the back of! After being told the part had been replaced! Who knows what is the truth and what’s lies with this company. In the process of taking them through trading standards. Please please stay away from them. Not only are they dangerous cars they are stupidly expensive for a car that doesn’t last 12 months.
