We started using The Cleaning Authority of Columbia about 8 years ago and absolutely love the team (Team 19) that comes to our condo every other week. They do a very thorough job, are very friendly yet professional, and always leave our home feeling well taken care of. We highly recommend this company.

We've used the cleaning authority for 3 years, (one year after the birth of each of my children!) We have been extremely satisfied with the service. No matter which team comes to clean, the job is consistently excellent, thorough, and prompt. Definitely worth the price, it's like magic fairies coming every two weeks.

I'm really really disappointed with that business. I called them first time on June 3rd and asked them for cleaning services on June 12th or 13th (I have a party on 14th). A lady talked to me and took all the info about me and my house and told me that her manager will call me and setup an appointment. I didn't receive that MENEGER's call so I called them on 5th, again the lady said that her MENEGER will call me and setup an appointment. No call, so I called them again on 8th, again same thing that MENEGER thing. No call. Then I called 3 times on 11th, same thing. I got so angered and told them that if I don't receive their MENEGEWRS call I will write a review and that won't be nice. Today It's 4 o'clock and haven't received that stupid MENEGER's call yet. What should I do now I have a party in 2 days. All of you who praised them please let me know if that’s happen with you?
