Worst experience. I was looking for online counselling and got to know about ICS and this was the worst mistake of my life the whole system is a fraud.The support team is pathetic, they don't pickup the call and don't even respond on email, you have to follow up with them by yourself as you are selling them something. The information provided to me is wrong every time and they just say that it was a miscommunication.Initially they told me the pricing is INR 2500/ but at the time of payment they were saying me to pay INR 3000/. The system is not transparent at all.
